What is Industrial psychology:
Industrial Psychology is the scientific study of the human behavior in the workplace environment, technically and industrially, pertaining to the organisations. It also deals with the study of human-computer interaction, personnel psychology and human factors, and mainly focuses on the individuals and his relationship to the workplace.
